Last updated: 27 August 2026. This page describes how the Hola Language Lab website and enquiry process work. It is not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed contract. Enrolment, fees, refunds, and class attendance may be covered in a separate agreement when you join.
The website is for information and enquiries. It is not the learning platform. Class materials, portals, and paid access may sit on other systems.
Hola Language Lab is the language-training arm of Hola World Study Abroad Consultancy. We offer preparation for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, NAATI CCL, and LanguageCert. We do not set official exam scores, and we do not guarantee a band or score. Published student results are individual outcomes, shown with permission.
Exam booking: we may help with booking for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL where that service is listed on the course page. We do not book NAATI exams. We do not issue LanguageCert certificates; LanguageCert does.
Enquiries you send through the contact form are used to reply about classes. Do not send payment card details through that form.
